Smoothie bowls are some of my most favorite creations. These meals give me the energy I need and the nutrition I desire! All fruits are packed with tons of water and fiber, making them naturally extremely hydrating. This increases your digestion, which is the basis of all health.

If you do not include smoothie bowls as part of your daily routine, I recommend incorporating them! Your body WILL benefit from all of the vitamins and minerals found in these lovely treats! Plus, they taste amazing! Here's only one of my many smoothie bowl creations!

INGREDIENTS: 

BASE:

-2 BANANAS

-2 CUPS FROXEN MIXED BERRIES

-WATER

- 1 SCOOP SUNFOOD OR SUNWARRIOR PROTEIN POWDER (OPTIONAL)

- SUNFOOD MACA POWDER (OPTIONAL)

-1/2 CUP KALE

 

TOPPINGS:

-1 BANANA

-1 FRESH MANGO

-2 TBS COCONUT

-2 TBS CACAO NIBS

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

-ADD BANANA, KALE, FROZEN MIXED BERRIES, WATER + POWDERS TO HIGH SPEED BLENDER // BLEND WELL

-POUR INTO BOWL + TOP

-ENJOY!
